Terms and conditions Win Sports reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Delivery All deliveries are made to buyer's address provided when purchasing from this website. Please ensure your information is correct before making your perches, as we do not refund for shipment made on any incorrect information. Buyers will also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of unsuccessful delivery. · please allow up to 7 working days for delivery once payment has been confirmed. In most cases delivery is much quicker. · Deliveries are made during normal business hours. If you are not home, a pickup card will be left for you to arrange another suitable delivery time charges apply. · Win Sports is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during shipping, although we will assist you wherever possible.
Warranty and Returns
Our business is based on satisfying our customers with high quality products. Should there be a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to assist in achieving the best possible outcome. This is our policy and how we will work with you to resolve any issues. If your product got missing in transit,Win Sports will assist in tracing the product if it has not been delivered within 10 working days of shipment. Transport insurance is strongly recommended Win Sports is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during transit.If the product is faulty, Your tax invoice is required to be presented as proof of purchase of any item. Warranty is only valid within Australia & is not transferable beyond the original buyer. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product will prevent a product being accepted for warranty. Warranty commences from the Date of Purchase and applies only to the original item. Any replacement of goods does not extend or restart the warranty term. Faulty product on arrival, for new items not covered by a stated “Manufacturers Warranty” we will either repair the item or provide a full replacement product at our discretion. Should there be no replacement product available we will provide a refund. The buyer must check their item immediately and report any damage or faults to the seller by e-mail within 24 hours of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this timeframe. Win Sports reserves the right to inspect any returns and accept or refuse any claims.
